To participate in the Congress, you must submit a registration form with payment. If you would like to pay your registration fee by credit card, please click here to register online. If you will be paying by cheque or EFT, you will need to click here to download a registration form.
The registration fees have been structured in line with the World Bank Economic Categories. Click here to view the Categories.
Registration fees for the Congress are as follows (please note that the rates are in Australian dollars - AUD):

Entitlements
Delegates
Full registration fees entitle all delegates to the following:
- All Congress program sessions
- Congress Handbook and Abstracts
- Welcome Reception (including Opening Ceremony)
- Morning and afternoon
- Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Satchel
Payment of the non-member categories also include a 12 month membership to the International Association for Women's Mental Health. You will be contacted directly from the IAWMH following the Congress.
IAWMH Membership
Current paid members of the IAWMH qualify for the Member Category Registration Fee.
Day Registrations
Day registration fees entitle delegates to the following:
Congress program sessions for the nominated day
Congress Handbook and Abstracts
Morning and afternoon for the nominated day
Lunch on the nominated day
Satchel
Please note that day registrations DO NOT include admission to any social events (although tickets can be purchased at an additional cost). Day registrations DO NOT include membership to the International Association for Women's Mental Health.
Student Registration
Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate and must hold a student identification card from a locally or internationally recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution.
A copy of the student identification card is required when you submit your registration form. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged. Payment of Fees
Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Simply click here and complete the online registration form. For your records, please print a copy of the summary page prior to clicking the "submit" button.
Cheque Payment
Please make a cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to "3rd International Congress on Women's Mental Health" and mail with the completed registration form to:

International delegates please note: cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques.
On receipt of your confirmation letter, it is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Organiser.
Registration Fees
- Prior to 01 December 2007, cancellations will incur a AUD$100.00 administration fee
- From 02 December 2007, cancellations wil receive a 50% refund of total fees
- After 17 February 2008, cancellations will not be refunded
- Please note registrations can be transferred to another member of your organisation with no penalty costs, however notice must be provided in writing to the Congress Organiser.
